7 January–June 4 and 20 August–18 December: Guided tours Saturdays and Sundays at 13:00 in English and at 14:00 in Swedish.

7 January–2 April, all tickets are sold online here on the web site.
Other weeks, tickets are also sold in the café and souvenir shop with opening hours 12.30–15.30
